If you desire to walk in the reality of divine power, your will must be yielded to the will of God. Dominion is accessed by aligning yourself with heaven’s order, and authority is exercised only when you are living in obedience to divine authority. One cannot truly stand in authority unless first submitted under it.
The flow of power is released through submission to God’s Word. It is obedience that activates the currents of power across the realms of authority. Dominion is manifested when a life is fully yielded to the will of God.
Never forget that dominion is the specific sphere God has entrusted to you, where His authority is expressed through you and His power is made visible.
The proud man cannot walk in true dominion because pride places the self at the center rather than God. Dominion is a delegated trust that God entrusts spheres of influence to those who represent His order. Pride dethrones God in the heart, and when self becomes enthroned, dominion is corrupted into domination. Scripture declares: “God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble” (James 4:6). Where God’s resistance stands, dominion is withdrawn.
Authority in the Kingdom is not self-derived; it flows from being under God’s authority. The arrogant presume authority without submission, which is rebellion in disguise. Just as Satan arrogated power to himself and was cast down (Isaiah 14:12–15), arrogance disqualifies a person from carrying divine authority. True authority requires humility. Jesus, though Lord of all, washed His disciples’ feet (John 13:14–15).
Rebellion is the refusal to submit to divine order. This spirit was first revealed in Lucifer and later in Korah and his followers who resisted Moses (Numbers 16). Rebellion severs the flow of divine power because it is essentially a rejection of God’s Word and government. “Rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft” (1 Samuel 15:23). Those who persist in rebellion cannot manifest Kingdom power, because power flows only where obedience reigns.
